For men, this usually involves increasing the size of your muscles and making “gains”.
For you skinny guys, we’ll focus more on gaining weight and building muscle mass, and for you bigger guys who are already somewhat built, we’ll focus more on burning fat and getting lean.
For my female clients this type of training is quite different. In most instances, rather than focusing on building bigger muscles, it involves toning your muscles so you look lean and firm.
However, based on your goals, it can also involve building some muscle on your backside and sculpting it to get that “J-Lo effect”...which many people find very appealing.
Other areas of importance or “trouble spots” for females are often the midsection, so we’ll work on making it more tight and burning off excess body fat.
But ultimately, it all depends on your goals and how you want to look. Once I know exactly what you want, then I get to working on making it happen.
