We specialize in providing in-home personal training in New York City.

Available 7 days a week.

Our trainers are available to you 7 days a week...morning, afternoon, or night...from as early as 6am to as late as 10pm. We travel to you and fit into your preexisting schedule, so you don't have to be inconvenienced.

No equipment necessary.

Our exercise programs are designed to get you into great shape without you having to step foot in a gym. All you need is an open space in your home where you can comfortably move about freely. However, if you have certain equipment you wish to utilize, your trainer will be happy to incorporate it into your fitness routine.

Expert fitness instruction.

Each of our trainers are fully certified under the National Academy of Sports Medicine as an NASM Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT) – the most prominent and widely recognized personal training certification attainable. We are also fully insured to conduct personal training sessions anywhere in NYC.
