This type of training involves increasing the size of your muscles and making "gains". It involves slimming down your waist area and building out your upper body… your chest, your back, your shoulders... so you can create that v-taper look. You also want to make sure you don't have skinny legs and develop those as well so your entire body looks good and in proportion.
For you skinny guys, we'll focus more on gaining weight and building muscle mass, and for you bigger guys who are already somewhat built, we'll focus more on burning fat and getting lean.
